What is a Vivid Vision?
First, "Vivid Vision" is the title of a book written by Cameron Herold. If you have not yet read it, start by ordering a physical or ebook version on Amazon. The process he describes for mapping out your future has the potential to change your life.
To paraphrase the author's own definition of a Vivid Vision:
A Vivid Vision, is a detailed, three to four page document that lays out a clear, logical vision of what your life will look like in three years from now.
It's an organized process to describe your excitement for the future of your life in a clear, compelling, and powerful way.
You can apply the Vivid Vision technique for designing the full scope of your life that could include your business vision if you are an entrepreneur running an enterprise with employees, and it is equally valuable for a 'company of one' if that is your situation.

Two Vivid Vision quickstart resources
I did some Googling to produce this resource page, and one excellent resource I found to help you get started is this great overview series of video descriptions of the Vivid Vision concept, presented by the author Cameron Herold himself in the format of a free online course.
You need to sign up for the course, but there's not any "gotcha" surprises when you do that, and I've not received any marketing pitches at the email address I used to register. Here's that link:
